Justin is a web analyst, author, blogger, and currently the Analytics Advocate for Google. Prior to joining Google, Justin spent eight years as a web analytics consultant.
Justin commonly works with executives to help them understand how they can leverage web analytics and online data to improve their business. He also interacts with marketing and IT teams to define what business metrics they should track and how to collect the data.
Some of Justin's former clients include Toyota, Sony Music, Universal Music, the National Hockey League, Wells Fargo, PapaJohns and HomeAway.
Justin is also an active participant in the web analytics community. He publishes the blog Analytics Talk and has authored three books on Google Analytics:

Justin has been invited to speak at various web analytics and online marketing events around the world such as eMetrics, Web Analytics Association Symposiums and various Google Analytics user events. He is known for his entertaining presentation style and ability to simplify complex subjects and communicate them effectively to an audience.
In 2011 Justin was nominated as Innovator of the year by the Web Analytics Association. In 2012 and 2013 he was nominated for Most Influential Industry Contributor by the Digital Analytics Association.

Peter is the Google Analytics Specialist for Google Australia. As part of the global Google Analytics team Peter supports top clients and agencies across Australia and New Zealand, working with their web developers, marketers and executives to help them implement, analyse and make data-driven decisions using Google Analytics.
Prior to joining Google, Peter was working in research in the telecoms industry and received the University Medal for Optoelectronics from Macquarie University, Sydney.

Benjamin is the ﬁrst Seminar Leader certiﬁed by Google outside the USA and the first to present Google Analytics and Google AdWords Seminars for Success in Australia. He also presented Google Seminars for Success in North America. He created the Loves Data brand and developed his company's unique model of data-driven integrated online campaign management to provide a strategic and flexible process for managing different channels on the basis of budgets and results.
His reputation as a course designer and presenter of the most accurate, up to date and comprehensive Google Analytics and Google AdWords training available led to Loves Data's partnering with Google to present Google Engage Bootcamp for agencies in Australia and New Zealand. He developed Loves Data's successful 'train the trainer' program to expand Google Engage Bootcamp and his company's end-user training.

Johann manages the Digital Analytics platform for Open Universities Australia.
Through the collection and analysis of data, Johann generates insight into the behaviour of consumers to explore opportunities to better meet their needs. He works collaboratively with online marketers, business analysts and web developers to deliver user-centric online optimisations.
Using Google Analytics API within the R programming language, Johann's focus on data quality and automation produces in-depth analyses that enhance business insight.
Johann is Google Analytics individually qualified and has a background in web analytics, usability and accessibility consulting, spanning industries in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
ANALYTICS & OPTIMISATION LEAD
As Analytics and Optimisation Lead at Loves Data, Willem works with his team to produce data-driven digital analysis and strategy to drive campaign optimisation and on-site improvements for clients. He works to ensure that non-technical clients understand the value of their web analytics data and its relevance to their business goals.
Drawing on a background that spans academic research, visual communications and web development, Willem places strong emphasis on legible, actionable presentation of data. Willem applies his technical knowledge to identify patterns in data, which are typically communicated through engaging visualisations produced using tools such as R, Tableau and D3JS.
In between making graphs, Willem recently completed his PhD and regularly presents training for Google Engage Agencies and Google Analytics end users.

Michael and his Online Performance team focus on using Digital Analytics to help customers make data driven decisions through the measurement and understanding of their digital presence. A strong background in web development married with analytical skills and experience helps the Online Performance team to provide highly detailed and unique tracking solutions for a deeper understanding of customer behaviour. Internetrix Online Performance aims to help their customers understand and leverage the mountains of visitor data available.
Michael completed his Bachelor of Science in Computing Science at Dalhousie University, located in his hometown of Halifax in Canada. He has been working with Internetrix since 2000, leading the Online Performance team since 2011 and became a company director in 2013.
